Our Story

1-2-1 Marketing Services Group, Inc. (1-2-1 MSG) was founded in 2000 as a fulfillment house specializing in highly complex personalized fulfillment kits with or without plastic cards. Within six years we grew to become the fourth largest non-secured plastic card personalization resource in the United States. Along the way we've added a wide range of fulfillment, packaging and mailing capabilities to support the loyalty club and membership programs that are our core business.

In 2005, 1-2-1 MSG purchased Roth Graham-Thomas Design Group (RG-TDG), a very successful full-service targeted marketing agency. RG-TDG's capabilities, promotional focus, and "can do" corporate philosophy made them a natural fit. The addition of their promotion planning, creative, data analysis and fulfillment services allows us to offer clients complete marketing solutions - from conception through fulfillment.

RG-TDG's 27 years of marketing experience focused on the following industries:

  • Manufacturing
  • Travel and leisure products and services

Not surprisingly, the merger brought even more growth to 1-2-1 MSG. We currently occupy 75,000 square feet, operate 24 hours a day and have added digitized embroidery, laser engraving and dye sublimation printing to our capabilities.

Though we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth since our founding, we aren't about to sit on our laurels. Our commitment to premium service has demanded change and growth. It's a dynamic tradition we look forward to continuing.
