Before founding 1-2-1 Marketing Services Group in 2000, Bob served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the nation's largest direct mail service providers. His boundless energy and 30 years of business management and marketing experience are a big reason 1-2-1 has grown from start-up to the nation's fourth largest non-secured plastic card resource in only eight years.

Al's 30 years of postal expertise is a "value added" benefit to clients in both planning and implementation stages. He is responsible for all aspects of mailing operations, including mail piece eligibility and mail preparation requirements. Consistent with the organizational philosophy, Al is actively involved with client service interactions.

Diana Pedersen
DIRECTOR OF DATABASE SERVICES
Diana directs and manages 1-2-1 MSG'S fulfillment services, including: frequency programs, loyalty programs, letter shop and fulfillment. She is an expert at translating marketing objectives and strategies into efficient, practical and measurable database programs. She has over 20 years of database design, implementation and technical management experience.
