As the internet has become a more and more prominent part of our clientsmarketing efforts, we have responded by adding expert staff and state-of-the-art capability to keep pace. Apart from providing our clients with general support for internet presence, we've increasingly been tasked with creating commerce portals. These have taken many forms consumer retail, business-to-business, sales incentive, and internal sales support to name a few but all have benefitted from our long experience in the marketplace and our unique in-house fulfillment and logistics support.

And our clients aren't the only ones who've benefitted. In 2007 we decided to take advantage of our own internet and personalization capabilities by launching a consumer e-commerce outlet, 121PersonalGifts.com. Site sales have doubled every year since inception even through the recent economic downturn and 2011 promises to be even better. This success is, of course, good for our bottom line, but it's also an indirect bonus for our clients. Because we have skin in the game, so to speak, we are extra sensitive to e-commerce trends and practices. The insights we gain are, of course, passed along to our clients as direct suggestions or as standard operating procedure. Either way, when when we're involved with your e-commerce effort, it's a win, win.
